As the protection of your personal data is essential to us, we would like to inform you hereby of our personal data protection policy on how we collect and process this data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, otherwise known as the General Data Protection Regulation which sets the legal framework applicable to the processing of personal data. 1 - Purpose of processing (purpose and legal basis)

ACL MEDIAS SAS, whose head office is located in PLOUHARNEL (56340), 10 rue Er Bléhua, operates the DECOHCIC.FR online sales website. This site allows us to receive orders from our customers and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a customer file.

This file allows you to:

Manage orders, payment and delivery.
Carry out marketing operations (loyalty, promotions) and send advertisements by email to our customers who have not objected to them or who have accepted them:
- On products similar to those they ordered.
- On other products offered by the company. For example, if a customer buys a curtain, a cushion can be offered to him.

2 - Legal basis for processing

Order management: the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (see Article 6.1.b) of the European Data Protection Regulation).
Sending commercial solicitations by email on products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company (see Article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation), namely promote our products to our customers.
Sending commercial solicitations by email on other products offered by ACL MEDIAS: the legal basis for processing is consent (see Article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation), as required by the article L. 34-5 of the postal and electronic communications code.
Transmission of the e-mail address to business partners: the legal basis for processing is consent (see Article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation).
Bookkeeping involving the retention of data for a period of 10 years: the legal basis for processing is legal obligation (see Article 6.1.c of the European Data Protection Regulation).

3 - Categories of data

Identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing the identification of the customer, data relating to registration on opposition lists.
Data relating to orders: transaction number, details of purchases, amount of purchases, data relating to the payment of invoices (payments, unpaid bills, discounts), product returns.
Data necessary for carrying out loyalty and prospecting actions: purchase history.

4 - Data recipients

The customer and billing departments of ACL MEDIAS are the recipients of all categories of data.
Its subcontractors, responsible for the delivery of its orders, are recipients of the identity, address and telephone number of our customers.

5 - Duration of data retention

Data necessary for order management and invoicing: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.
Data necessary for carrying out loyalty and prospecting actions: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
Data relating to means of payment: this data is not collected or stored by ACL MEDIA; they are collected by the CM-CIC bank or Paypal, which bear the responsibility for the collection and processing of this data.
Data concerning opposition lists to be received from prospecting: three (3) years.

6 - Your rights

If you no longer wish to receive advertising from ACL MEDIAS (exercise of the right of opposition or withdrawal of consent already given), contact us.

You can access the data concerning you, rectify it or have it erased. You also have a right to portability and a right to limit the processing of your data (Consult the cnil.fr website for more information on your rights).

This privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In such a case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the bottom of this policy. These modifications commit the User as soon as they are put online.
