In accordance with article L342-1 of the Intellectual Property Code, the company ACL MEDIAS without written agreement prohibits the extraction permanent or temporary transfer in any medium by any means and in any form whatsoever of the all or a substantial part of the contents of this site. It also prohibits the use, by making available to the public in whatever form, all or only part of the contents of this website or from each of the constituent elements.

Responsibility

The ACL MEDIAS society can not be held responsible for the interpretation of information contained in this site and the consequences of their use other than the purpose for which they were edited.

Any User who acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be liable to civil or criminal proceedings that combat infringement of copyright, related rights, database producers' rights as well as systems Automated data processing. It is recalled to the User that the Penal Code (Article 323-1 and following) sanctioned by penalties of up to five years imprisonment and a fine of € 75,000, including:

fraudulent access and maintenance in an automated data processing system,
deleting, modifying or fraudulently adding data in this system,
the obstruction of this system,

Criminal proceedings may be initiated by the Publisher against any User who does not respect these provisions.
